I have been working at K12 full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I love working from home and still being able to provide a high quality educational experience for students across the country.

    Cons

Not having face-to-face interactions and working from different time zones can sometimes present a challenge. Many projects are on tight timelines which can be stressful

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be nice for product development to get more immediate feedback from students/teachers.
