    Pros

Great networking opportunities, pay by the hour, great training sessions (typically hosted in Orlando, FL), and an abundance of social hours.

    Cons

Limited exposure to real client work. Only given small tasks that do not encompass full projects in order to understand the entire process of the career.

    Advice to Management

Management does a great job of making interns feel welcome and valued. However, if felt as though project budgets did not give many interns the same opportunities as full-time associates to be able to fully integrate into client projects.

    Pros

    - Opportunity to work on interesting, big scale projects
    - Work with the brightest specialists in their fields
    - Opportunity to lead early in your career. In audit you can start supervising teams from your 2nd year.
    - Usually more paid time off than what's offered by the industry + paid study leaves (2 weeks per year for those taking ACCA exams) + paid/unpaid time off for overtime worked (depends on the country though)
    - Great exit opportunities - many companies respect and look for Big4 experience
    - Hard work is recognized and rewarded
    - Many opportunities for development outside of accounting - can ask for delivering client/inter-company trainings, presentations, etc.

    Cons

    - Busy season can be stressful - long hours, weekends, last minute are expected
    - Hard (or more likely - almost impossible) take a vacation during busy season - no skiing trips in February :(
    - Travel can be up to 70-80% during the busy season
    - High turnover among assistants/supervisors leading to projects being often understaffed

    Pros

Very good internal resources. Competitive salaries.

    Cons

Make sure you come in at the right level. If not you will end up doing the work of a higher level resource without the benefits.

    Advice to Management

Work life balance is not what is advertised to employees.

    Pros

Big four is a very good place to start your career if you are newly graduated. The teams are very supportive towards walking you through the training process and offer great chances for you to network with people from other teams.

    Cons

i can't think of anything really challenging working here.

    Pros

Great place to work. People are friendly and knowledgeable. The benefits are decent and the pay is competitive. They allow you to work from home when the weather is bad if you work in IT. The work life balance is great, everyone expects you to do your work and they don't bother you. The management team doesn't hold employees back from pursuing other opportunties within the company, which is a breath of fresh air.

    Cons

Could use more training for new hires. I wasn't really trained on my current role, I just asked a lot of questions and taught myself most of the work.

    Advice to Management

More organized training for New hires

    Pros

Good place for exponencial growth, very good record to CV, lot of inspiring colleagues

    Cons

Lot of politics around, hard concurrent enviroment, salary always on the edge of your value (on the bad side :-))

    Advice to Management

Sometimes try to focus more on individual
