    Audit Internship

Audit Associate (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsI really enjoyed all of the people that I got to know. They put on a lot of fun events and provided a large network.

ConsThe work that interns are given can be pretty mindless. They treat you nice it just isn't work that is always all that interesting.

Good Opportunities and Fun Place to Work

Senior Manager (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsFlexibility in time and location for doing work, Not a face-time place, Client and engagement diversity keeps it from being monotonous

ConsThis is not a 40 hour a week and totaly disconnect when you are at home company. They treat you like a professional but with that comes the expectation of acting like one and putting clients needs ahead of you own at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed more recognition of individual effort. Raises and bonuses are tightly banded so the difference between a "star" and average is currently minimal.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
