    Pros

Managers are always ready, wiling and able to coach and help their people get better. Self-development is encouraged. Good benefits package.

    Cons

It's a fairly monotonous job. It can be difficult at times, especially when expectations are raised when it's obvious they can't be reached. When your best advisors have trouble reaching their goals, there's a problem.

    Advice to Management

Jump in an advisors seat and see what they're dealing with on a daily basis.

    Pros

Great team, manager cared. Ability to attend College for free with the 100% tuition waver waiver after 30 days of employment.

    Cons

Horrible work environment. Had to basically force perspective and current students to register and attend classes. Held accountable for students that weren't interested in attending school. Students cared more about their financial aid.

    Advice to Management

Don't force students and don't force employees to enroll students that don't have computers and who are not really interested in attending school.

    Pros

    Virtual work - no commute

    Cons

Moves within the corporation are taxing and go only to the extremely lucky or are offered to external candidates

    Advice to Management

Listen to someone you work for other than the CEO and your boss

    Cons

Large class sizes, which means longer work hours for less pay.. staff expectations keep increasing but pay rate actually took a cut

    Advice to Management
