I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

In my two roles I have had within Kellogg, both of my managers have been very interested in my career development. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow if you have the right attitude. The culture is great, very people oriented and friendly.

    Cons

The location is not favorable at hQ. The office is nice, but it would be better if they location was near a bigger sity.

I have been working at Kellogg Company

    Pros

Great pay. Great Benefits! First job I've ever had where it is a pleasure to come to work & not dread it. Overall good place to work.

    Cons

Hard to get time off to handle personal business. Poor scheduling. My plant was a victim of Project K. Cold way of handling that situation.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time

    Pros

Kellogg offers a great, safe workplace. I had continued support and training to ensure I was adequately equipped to lead my employees.

    Cons

Local manager was a lying, back stabbing leader who knew how to talk up the ladder as well as he did down the ladder. He was confused about his own leadership, one day he wanted to build a team-next day everyone was terrible and he would tell you why. He was a nothing was ever good enough guy, even small victories were later used against you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move is guy to a corporate role where he interacts briefly with employees-he is brilliant however he is an absolute nutcase to work for.

I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexibility (Work-Life Balance is a focus with new Work Anywhere initiatives) and personal/professional development have been the standout pros for me. The people are the very best part of working at Kellogg. I am always encouraged to develop my skills, particularly my leadership skills, and given every opportunity to do so. Although my career path will likely take me outside of my current function, my manager and leadership team have taken a direct interest in setting me up for long-term career success at Kellogg.

    Cons

Adaptability is a necessity, as the business and CPG environment are changing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Changes are tough of everyone, continue to support employees and build morale.

Former Employee - I Have Been Working At the Kellogg Company for 1+ Years in Battle Creek, MI

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fair compensation coupled with an abundance of opportunities for both personal and professional growth within the organization. Hard-working, friendly team members from diverse backgrounds.

    Cons

Work-life balance is less than ideal at times, but it comes with the territory. Slow to adapt and react to industry trends. At times too much emphasis is placed on frivolous team building, rather than building the business and striving for innovation.
