    I worked at Kelly Engineering Resources as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    Got me the job. Pay was good. Bonus if contract extended.

    Cons

    No contact after getting the job...(i.e. no relationship). Upset after learning how much they made on me from client.

    Pros

    chance to learn the industry and experience recruitment people are generally good and fun to work with fairly independent environment

    Cons

    grandmothers IT systems and policies technology, tools and services that the USA office can offer, Singapore is not very sales driven environment very competitive unclear market positioning and direction

    Advice to Management

    make a clear branding with the different divisions align internal processes clearly with the branding purchase an it system that is proven for that target sector encourage team support and development
