Pros – Hands down one of the best management teams I've ever worked with. District President is awesome and very personable. Great team of employees from upper management to recent college grads in training.

Cons – A little behind the times when it comes to technology and understanding evolving consumer habits.

Advice to Senior Management – Call nights need to go. We'd be better served using that time to refine our email contacts and other was of reaching our clients through advancing technology.

Pros – Great vacation time, and a very good work/life balance. Willing to assist with pursuing continuing education whether it be certifications or college courses. The people are great as well.

Cons – Highly Silo'd environment. Although this is understandable since it is a Financial institution and as such is highly regulated.

Limited opportunities to branch out and work on other technologies.

Advice to Senior Management – Promote from within the company when possible. Limit the amount of outsourcing, particularly the outsourcing to other countries. It very much harms employee morale.

Cons – Risk versus reward. The regulatory environment is damaging opportunities for the best banks to grow.

Cons – You can become lost in the shuffle of too many people

Pros – It was a great experience. It caused me to be more aware of details and my co-workers were great.

Cons – Job security is unsafe in my opinion. It's way too many ways for money to come up wrong (counterfeit bills, bad checks, stuck bills) and that equals you getting wrote up.

Pay is not competitive in the area or industry

Pros – Opportunity to advance. Competitive pay. Seems to care about their customers.

Cons – A little too conservative with their lending.

Pros – Key does listen to employees and tries to provide incentives to keep them happy. The senior management is always upfront with what is happening with the company.

Cons – It is still a bank - and funds are tight. So although there may be other incentives offered - financial ones may be harder to come by.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep listening to employees.

Cons – Retail, Sales Orientated, Unnecessary Dressing-up for Tellers.
