    Pros

Great with flex time and summer Friday afternoons off. Nobody is looking over your shoulder making sure you are putting in specific hours it is all about getting your work done.

    Cons

As an R& D person, over the years there seems to be less emphasis on doing good experimentation and fundamental research more on outsourcing and project management. It is less rewarding if that is your interest.
