    Pros

None anymore. The city of Brighton is a great place to live..But KC ruined it for many ppl.

    Cons

Not living up their own high standards. Employees have been bullied out of their jobs in Brighton. People were sitting under their desk, crying with a nervous breakdown. Management was on an agenda since summer 2014 to reduce permanent contracts and staff in general. But they never admitted it, even if caught lying. colleagues felt sick mentally and physically...needed treatment with both. This summer the company finally officially announced what everybody knew anyway: they are outsourcing lots of the Brighton jobs (customer service, cfs,...) to Bukarest (which will kill business in Europe IMO). Never seen a company treating employees like it happened there. Team Managers going along with the bs in order to try to safe their own job...it was pathetic!

    Advice to Management

Always remember :What goes around comes around.

    Pros

Colleagues were the only bight point. The Support and friendships were what somedays kept you going.

    Cons

Kimberly used to be a great place to work but it sadly no longer is. Very high turn over due very poor/bad management. Work load was unmanageable with no support. Repeated restructuring in the last two years and poor decisions made by senior management. Bulling happened everyday and was not stopped but instead had the air that management supported these actions as they did not keep to there own polices

    Advice to Management

Read your own policies. If lots of employees are complaining maybe dig deeper and don't just dismiss them. You loose people that have a wealth of knowledge and experience, because you don't address the issue. Your staff is the backbone and foundation from what you build on and if you don't have that then without a doubt in my mind the company will topple. One KC behaviours are joke if you don't take them seriously why should anybody else

    Pros

The company places a great deal of emphasis on safety, and having clean facilities. They also have a great fervor for training, if it has something to do with your job. They also have safety product giveaways each month that a facility is safety-incident free.

    Cons

The management, many times don't know what they want, nor what they are doing, and as a result change course mid-stream. This is all despite what employee plans, long and short-term, are. It make any planning moot, in many cases. And it destroys management-employee relations, which take a long time to cultivate.

    Advice to Management

Please get a clue, sooner, rather than later. You need better succession planning at all levels. And once you are committed to something, stick it out to the end. Don't change gears, in the middle. You affect the plans for a lot of other people when you do that.

Horrible place to work if you haven't worked there your whole career. A trite, cheesy culture.

    Pros

Can't think of many. Summer hours perhaps.

    Cons

Passive aggressive culture. Cheesy "Culture of Accountability" buzzwords put in place to mitigate this. Has created somewhat of a cult mentality.

    Advice to Management

Don't say "Innovate" if you don't mean it.

    Pros

Great international colleagues to work with, except of management ! Good learning experience.

    Cons

Working overtime and not paid. Performance of management very bad, they bully most of the people who work their just to get rid of them and for not paying compansation. Salary not good as it should be. Culture is going down. Redundancy is due.

    Advice to Management

The management should not forget: a management has the job for leading a company and employees. If they lead their employees the unlawful way, it will revert back to them, sooner or later.

    Pros

They pay you, until they don't need you.

    Cons

They preach "values" and "accountability" but nobody follows either. They will throw you away if it can save them money. They are no different than any other big company although now they don't just cut you, they make you sit a few months, then try to drive you out while making you out to be a bad employee.

    Advice to Management

Doesn't matter, they will do what they want.

    Cons

The company is restructuring every 4 years, loosing a great part of their IT best skills because talent and quality is not valued, only cost. not a company to retire at all.
