I worked at Kimberly-Clark (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great company with great heritage, people, teams and achievements.

    Cons

Some of the new outside leaders focus on financial assets instead of the great human asset.

    Advice to Management

Keep the high level and quality of leaders, and be more selective with the new leaders. It will help you to maintain your real talents.

    Pros

Kimberly-Clark has a great HR department. During recruiting and employment as a mechanical engineering co-op, I had a great experience working with the HR department. The pay is comparable to other internships and co-ops and the work is interesting.

    Cons

The town of Marinette, WI is not the most interesting place to have a co-op. I watched a lot of movies that summer and spent a lot of time by the lake and exploring the town.

    Advice to Management

Keep things interesting for the co-ops during work, because the town is not going to keep any employees there.
