Pros – Following world class management structure it emerged in 2005 as one of the rising & reputed company. The training department was superb for an airline. It benchmarked the entire aviation industry in India.

Cons – A poorly managed & taken poor management decisions. The company went poorer & top management richer day by day. At present unable to even sustain the day today activity & pay the employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Change the management, if unable to develop a perfect struture for the business, copy someones whos already doing it successfully. Please employ the right people at right place
