Former Employee – worked at Kitchen Collection
Pros – Customers, when they do come in are fantastic to talk to. Worked with a great group of people with in the store.
Cons – Communication with Regional team is horrible. They call and complain when sales are down but not when your store hits its goal. Very little help or training from the Regional team when I first started there.
Advice to Senior Management – Very little communication with Regional team. They do not return phone calls most of the time. Sales are declining and I believe the corporate office needs to realign or get rid of some of the Regional Management that don't do their jobs and allow the stores to communicate directly to home office. This would improve their loss of revenue. They also need to invest in the store locations to attract customers. My location was in a former store that went out of business and looks nothing like a Kitchen store.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
