    It's a love hate relationship

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsUnlimited amount of doughnuts, get the rush of helping customers and putting a smile on a child face.

ConsSome manager treat you like robots and take their employees for granted. Dealing with a lot of issues with the doughnut fryer.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease treat your employees like they are your family instead of your slaves. We do a lot more than what people see. If you keep taking us for granted you will continue to constantly lose employees.

    first job experience

    Shift Supervisor (Former Employee)
    Washington, DC

Prosflexible schedule. easy to get into a higher position if you are willing to do the work. great job if you are in school.

Consthere is no communication between management and employees. store was smaller than other stores (good/bad thing). not a lot of employees working during most shifts. hours of operation (monday-thursday 6am-12am) (friday - saturday 24 hours) (sunday store closes at 11am). people are picky about the days and hours that they want to work).

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Shuttle Driver (Current Employee)

Prosafter you learn everything it is very simple and easy work. People you work with are sometimes in and out because of turnover but hey its not come to work and do nothing, its a job so some folks get mad because they are told to do something.

Consdon't get paid much. sometimes management has no clue at times. although it isn't the best pay i can say it is a nice place to work, as long as you are able to work together.
