    Good for short term

    Pros

    Good compensation
    Good HR
Good for Individual Contributors who obey managers

    Cons

Too much politics at senior level as there are very few opportunities to grow
Agressive deliveries happening on the cost of quality

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have trust in your employees, they come to work.
Managres should be trained in SCRUM as they expect teams to follow it.
Only increased salaries can not make people to stay for long, job satisfaction is must.

    Pros

The compensation, benefits and time-off policies were first class, perhaps the best I've seen in my career. Some of the teams at the Engineering headquarters were great people to work with.

    Cons

Daily engineering tasks were mind numbingly mundane and unchallenging. There was zero budget allocated for training and personal growth. Employee engagement was nonexistent and managers were not held responsible for their teams' engagement. The technology used was archaic unless you are comfortable being 10 to 20 years behind.

    Pros

It is a nice company with over 3K employees around the world. The Salary is good but commission is capped at 25K.
so it limits you ability to exceed your previous goals.

    Cons

Company has new investors, the stress level on production just went through the roof.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't treat your seasoned reps like they are kids and work in a sweatshop.

    Pros

    Good work/life balance.
    Interesting technical challenges.
    Good C-level management.
Strong balance sheet and stable company.

    Cons

Latest investors don't seem interested in long term beyond their own 4-year investment horizon, causing everyone to be eying the exits.
Low turnover over the years has resulted in lots of senior technical people, resulting in qualified employees not being promoted because there are already too many senior people. Those talented individuals are the ones who then leave.
Long-time employees are being pushed out in QA; apparently they value specific technical skills over knowing how the product works and how to test it and are solving the problem of being top-heavy with senior people by shoving them out.
High pressure to deliver product by hard deadlines.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward the people who actually do the work to make the company run instead of rewarding their managers. More readily reward the strong performers instead of following the salary grid.

    Pros

Fair salary, very good benefits. Good team work approach even across groups and levels until the Agile move was on. Company mission and goals were very transparent

    Cons

Work overload. Management has become very secretive and some so hostile to the point of making people leave. Those left behind since various layoffs hang in there in hope of the next good package is for them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company needs a true refresh of mid management and up. Ideas and solutions are stale and it is obvious to the product users.

    Pros

Opportunities by industry and product line, remote work allows for flexibility, solid infrastructure, sales, and HR teams

    Cons

For the industry (WFM) Kronos is a very large company, it is not as intimate as a smaller company and you do feel like a cog in the wheel

    Pros

While it was privately held it was a great place to work. Still might be some day if Aron gets it back to private again.

    Cons

After it was sold to venture capital holders everything came down to how the business looked on paper. Long term upper salary employees were outsourced or replaced to lower the bottom line. People still there are worked twice as hard with little added compensations.
