    Pros

    Relationship based. Alignment with cross functional teams works well - when it occurs.

    Cons

    If you have a manager out of touch - it could make your life stressful.. Lots of meetings. Often meet to meet, and then meet again. Lots of turn over - change, change, change is a pro & a con - but it is a con when good people are let go. HR should step in to help in building cross functional relationships. In a short period of time over 10 people left or let go from a small group - which is stressful for those left.

    Pay attention.. there is a lot of duplicity in processes.. Watch the NY - Columbus relationships, not as smooth as it could be..

    Lot of challenges , Had very good innovative team ...Works hard ..

    No appreciation.. upper management never appreciate for the hard work . Always want to do the way they want but not the way the technology suggest ...

    Come out of ur shell and think .... Use ur resources properly ... Give credit for good things

    Pros

    Good Benefits, company discount. Ability to learn new thing, even you pay for this big time

    Cons

    They want you to do everything 24x7 being on support 6am morning or 2am night and be able to perform next day. Oversee big project and be able be deep in details. Blame is common, you could be blamed for not taking the phone in 5 min or for not being vocal and loud on the meeting when somebody else answer quicker than you.

    Management need to understand technology. Current management not technical at all but should provide road map for technical employee that seems very strange. They need to be stable first and than change, currently every year something changing in core technology with corresponding problems for people who expected to support all that craziness

    Good benefits, great employee discounts, the DC cafeteria

    Cons

    Hard work with almost impossible quotas, meager pay, minimal advancement opportunities for DC workers to move into front office positions, need to call daily to see if/when you or your department are working, very high turnover within the DC

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Develop more reasonable quotas. Let's face it, managers are able to give those areas where people are able to meet their quotas to their favorite employees. This hardly seems fair. And having to get up every morning to call in to see what time Im supposed to work, or if I even am supposed to report to work, that's pretty shady.

    - Great discount and I enjoy the people I work with

    Cons

    -There is no ability to move up, its all about who you know. I was told by HR if I want to move up in the company that I should quit and get more experience, then try to return.
