Worst company ever to work for.

IT Consultant (Former Employee) Edison, NJ

ProsNone that I can think of. Nothing positive to speak about.

ConsThey treat Masters graduates like dirt and never give any opportunities. They have lost most of their potential clients and not getting any big projects. People are leaving the company every day. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company. They expect you to work like a god and pay you like a beggar with peanuts. Go for companies like Cognizant and others which have some respect for their employees and who treat you better.

Advice to Senior ManagementJust shut down the company

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Organisation needs to provide better work env, employee friendly policies & compensation matching market standards.

    Team Leader (Current Employee)

ProsGood for freshers. Freshers are being given training and in most cases they get immediately allocated to projects. Libraries are good. Cultural based activities are plenty for those who are interested.

ConsPolicies are not so employee friendly, leaves are poor. Salary is far below the market standards. Most of the time, a good or fair performance doesn't convert into proper salary hike. HR department is mostly non responsive. Work environment is not so encouraging and because of lack of good policies its stressful. Managers are generally short sighted and different point of views are not encouraged or rather ignored. Insurance cover provided by company is inadequate. Employees are made to sign legal contracts, every now and then.

Advice to Senior ManagementEncourage employees and talk positive to them. HR dept. should act as a Human Resources Dept and not only as Policy Management Dept. Leaves and other policies should be for the benefit of employees. Medical Insurance is pathetic and doesn't help the employees, please improve.

Business Analyst (Current Employee) Hartford, CT

ProsInternal Training sessions are held which might be helpful,
good if you want to get promotion every 3 years with average or below average performance,
ok onsite opportunities for good candidate

    ConsLack of transparency from top
Lack of meritocracy - promotions to almost every employee every 3 years is guaranteed irrespective of performance
    Philosophy doesn't support business growth

Advice to Senior ManagementLook for agressive business growth to clear up choke up at middle management level

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
