    Good Learning , Bad Growth

    Learning Curve is Good.
    Fellow Employees were very friendly.
    Good environment.
    Flexible for the needs of the employees

    ConsGrowth is very slow.
    Have to prove yourself over and over again.
    Hardworker ? Good luck with that, if you do your work early someone else's work comes to you like in every other software company.
    Had a essential role in delivering the project ? Well take your Rs 500 gift card .. Seriously ?
    HR gave me hell of a run for my money when i was quitting, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THE HR, Dont get me wrong L&T has one of the best management but WORST HR !!

    Advice to Senior ManagementGrass root level employees should be allowed to grow, recognize them not just with a stupid gift card but with something cool.
