Pros – multinational company with good benefits
good environment
good acknowledgements
Cons – very far from home,
lack of opportunity to have lunch outside to relax at lunch time
Advice to Senior Management – know better about their employees activities
listen your subordinates in any kind of conflict
little care about their employees direction
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
