Current Employee – been working at LCG Consulting
Pros – *Great learning curve in areas such as electricity markets, nodal markets, utility planning, market congestion patterns, client needs and analyst methodologies
Cons – *Very poor management with no clear vision of where the company needs to go. Internal projects are started and terminated without prior notice
Advice to Senior Management – If you want the company to grow, there needs to be a clear vision of where you need to be, and you need to spend the money to get people who really can lead
