    I have been working at La Sapienza Università full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    I am doing a PhD in Computer Engineering. My professor offer me a research grant after graduation. There are growth possibility but it take time

    Cons

    There are no benefits, promotion can be obtained after the PhD to researcher but salary is not high. After researcher you can become Professor.
