    Pros

    Even if you get only 4 hours of work, we got 8 hours of pay. Pay was incredible! 1.5 Pay after 8 hours, 2x pay after 10 hours plus pay for lunches if you were unable to take them

    Long days but otherwise no cons

    LAFAEGE Company has high qualified safety standards to save her employees from any fatality may occurred and it has an great security and risk procedures I hope to applicative them as soon as possible in Syria to avoid any expectations events will happen.

    I am really surprised at LAFARGE ; it is possible to found an technician with a person who has an education engineering qualifications and you can find a person who has no any qualifications as Team Leader especially in SYRIA
