    Pros

    Transnational company, they teach you everything you need to know, excellent product and customer service. nice team group, professional workers.

    Cons

    Closed operations in Venezuela, The government took the company and it's not the same anymore. Lafarge had to sell their share.

    Professional, great people, fantastic learning ground for people out of school. Strong data & ERP. Very sophisticated HR & culture.

    Cons

    Lots of travel, bureacracy, questionable international appointments. Undergoing radical changes and restruturing though.

    500 fortune company (or used to be)
