    Pros

Plenty of happy talk while they were in business. Nice employee benefits.

    Cons

The top management at this company went on an acquisition binge during the real estate bubble and financed it through debt. They didn't understand many of the companies they were buying and were frustrated to find that they didn't operate as their core title business. They went bankrupt because they invested the escrow funds of 1031 real estate investors into incredibly risky auction rate securities and lost their money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You were arrogant and incompetent. You lost a lot of innocent investor's and employees money. Shame on you.

    Pros

This company offers a great benefits package and lots of choices for health insurance providers. They offer a great 401k matching if you have been there for the required amount of time.

    Cons

Typical large corporate environment. You are just looked at as a number, limited advancement opportunities, quick to lay off workers if the company's stock isn't performing. More concerned about profits than employee loyalty

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of Richard Niefe and the escrow management in San Diego. He makes promises and doesn't deliver. Doesn't give a rats a@@ about their employees.
