Pros – Nice building. The area is great. The offices are very comfortable with room to spead out and grow. They spared no expense when we moved from the old building in Meriden. Consistent paychecks are good. Car allowance is way too big.
Cons – Senior management has been there forever and has no concern over new employees. It is the Lane Way or out the door. The CEO started with the company out of college and thinks the same way. Outside leadership needs to be brought in the company and lots of the top people shown the door. It is a billion dollar private company with the CEO's brother in law in charge of a key department and his long time buddy in charge of another group.
Advice to Senior Management – Get rid of the free lunch attitude and use individual performance to be a key motivator. The LANE PLANE is an expensive crutch when a conference call can work.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
