    Pros

Flexible hours. Sometimes the material is interesting and has kept me current on pop culture, electronics, ways to use search engines, etc.

    Cons

Sometimes the material we evaluate is not very interesting.

    Advice to Management

    Reward contractors for longevity.

    Pros

Working at home is good for those that don't like interacting with people or want to avoid a commute.

    Cons

Hours change from month to month, so consider this extra income. Sometimes what we're told doesn't match up with reviews.

    Advice to Management

    More consistency, less confusion.

    Pros

Self-regulated; work is reviewed consistently; work as little or as much as you like.

    Cons

Sometimes work isn't available at the exact time you wish to work, so it does require some flexibility if you plan to work full-time.

    Pros

Able to work from home all hours of the day No human interaction, if you have anxiety or if that's your thing

    Cons

Tasks won't always be available - Don't use this as your primary source of income because you might not be able to match wages month to month The tasks can get a bit stale after a couple hours of work

  7. Great part time work!

    Pros

Working form home is a nice pro. I also enjoy a very flexible schedule. And the work can be pretty interesting at times.

    Cons

Sometimes it's hard to get the exact way they want you to rate. Some things really feel arbitrary. You are reviewed every month and sometimes I'm off by so little - but little doesn't count. If I'm wrong I'm wrong.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the new communication strategies you've implemented in the last few months

    Pros

Set your own hours 40 hours a week possibility Work from home No customer relations work Good support from higher-ups Decent hourly wage

    Cons

Periods of low task availability Concepts can be difficult to grasp 6 month contract, renewal depends on performance You take out your own taxes Wage stays the same unless you're promoted

    Advice to Management

Please offer raises to people who stick around, especially given the cost of living going up.

    Pros

What's better working at your own time and pay is reasonable for the work you do. Very helpful working option for extra income for stay at home spouses or mommies!

    Cons

Reviews are done at random and by email lacking human touch. Hours worked are not always hours paid, meaning, it might take a bit longer to get the tasks accomplished, but you are expected to bill average time required to finish the job.

    Advice to Management

Personalized advice to employees for the great and/or poor work from management at least via email will help a lot. I know we are contractors (search engine evaluators), but still would you not like it if we cared about the company as a whole a little better?
