Flexibility is Great, but Can become mundane

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe hours are great because you can work anytime you want, as long as tasks are available. I've never had a long period of time where there were no tasks available. Its definitely a great work from home opportunity for those who would not get bored easily.

ConsI'm not aware of having the opportunity for promotion. The training did not help much with helping to become more efficient with the tasks.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter training, maybe even more video training opps and a possible paid training through videos or webinars.

Good pay for flexible hours. Stay at home dream.

    Search Engine Evaluator (Current Employee)

ProsThe opportunity to work from home is great, especially because I can set my own hours. Good communication and the company continues to try and help it's raters improve their skills at rating. Live chats and weekly video conferences help me feel connected to the company.

ConsSomewhat fragile stability in the job. Can be cut at any time. Difficult to pass the exams to be hired.

A real online job that actually pays. Get hired based on your ability to pass 3 exams

    Search Engine Rater (Current Employee)
    Tampa, FL

ProsYou are able to choose your own hours and the work is easy and you do get paid for a true online job. No phone work, all online.

ConsSometimes there are no tasks available. You can only work a maximum of 40 hours. Quality feedback is sometimes confusing but the new interface is much better.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore contests and incentives. Contine to improve the feedback

Great for stay at home moms

    Search Engine Evaluator (Current Employee)
    Louisville, KY

ProsWorking from home anytime is a plus. You can log on for just a few minutes several times a day or work 12 hours straight, provided that there is work available.

ConsYou often have to work on tasks beyond the allotted time. Training manuals are long and tedious reading.

    Great company to work for.

    Web Seach Evaluator (Current Employee)
    Searcy, AR

ProsVery flexible schedule. Pays great. Interesting work. I work part-time and the minimum and quota are easy to meet. Awesome community of coworkers willing to provide support and advice.

ConsI don't have much to say in the con area. Work was a little confusing at first but with plenty of support out there I caught on pretty quickly.

Advice to Senior ManagementI never spoke with or heard from a member of management.

    Flexible, but Boring

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsYou get to set your own hours and you do get paid, although it's only once a month. So your first paycheck won't come until two months after you start working, which kinda sucks. There are often bonus periods where you can make significantly more. Also, working from home is a nice plus.

ConsIT'S SOUL CRUSHING. I didn't know the meaning of boring until I took this job.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive more variety in tasks.
