I worked at Learjet as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Best hours & pay to date, I had fun having been around all products used for this project as I have inspected all of them previously on contracts.

    Cons

    Only 90 days long contract.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let people work in areas of their expertise, listen to them as their input may help provide the best results.

    I worked at Learjet

    Pros

    Benefits package is very good

    Cons

The people are rude. There is a lot of discrimination in the workplace

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When someone is being discriminated against, you need to take care of the problem, not just give a slap on the wrist to the person who is in the wrong

I have been working at Learjet full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay is competitive, and there is opportunity for professional advancement if you're willing to work hard for it.

    Cons

On the L85 program, work/life balance is not a priority. Most employees have at least two daily meetings that are mandatory, and it's not unusual to have the first before 8am and the second after 4pm. The program is in trouble, and everyone is very stressed by the fear of being blamed for failures that are no ones and everyone's fault.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
