Learjet is not such a great place to work

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) Wichita, KS

    ProsBenefits package is very good

ConsThe people are rude. There is a lot of discrimination in the workplace

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen someone is being discriminated against, you need to take care of the problem, not just give a slap on the wrist to the person who is in the wrong

ProsPay is competitive, and there is opportunity for professional advancement if you're willing to work hard for it.

ConsOn the L85 program, work/life balance is not a priority. Most employees have at least two daily meetings that are mandatory, and it's not unusual to have the first before 8am and the second after 4pm. The program is in trouble, and everyone is very stressed by the fear of being blamed for failures that are no ones and everyone's fault.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
