Former Employee – worked at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network part-time for less than a year
Pros – - Usually great co-workers
- Taught by nurses while working, they don't snub their noses at you
- okay pay, good benefits
Cons – Better not to work in the Float Pool section if you like to know where you are going to be working everyday. But then again it was interesting getting to work on different floors, I wish I would have got to choose a floor then.
-Worked hard all day without much of a break doing the work of the CNA,LPN, and Technical Partner, phlebotomist, ect.
- Sometimes not enough staff on each floor.
