    great people in the business, with a lot of very in depth knowledge of process/systems/ and customer focused.

    Cons

    I did not have any negative experiences with the teams - customers or the senior management

    Got to learn how every major retailer was somehow connected through Li & Fung
    Lot of autonomy to think and explore options in your division
    Travel around
    Good reputation worldwide

    Cons

    Little experience with other divisions over LF
    No entry level management trainee programs
    Low compensation compared to other MNCs

    Try to have less quarrel between divisions and groups within

    -Most Professional company.
    Every talented employee is well rewarded.
    This company provides you a job satisfaction.

    Lack of confidence in Senior management about the capabilities of India, they always favor to China.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To develop confidence in India and give them equal opportunities for growth.
    Initiate China vendors to set up their factories in India for the products where North America or Western Europe have imposed high anti dumping duties for the products from China.

    Pros

    Great company. Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement. Nice people to work with. Everyone was very friendly, and seemed to get along.

    Cons

    Huge company. Very corporate. Have to deal with alot of politics. Maybe should get better computers and equipment. Programs were a little bit outdated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Great company to work for. Great internship program. Most interns get hired for full-time jobs if available. HR team is also nice to deal with.
