    Pros

LM offers the best sales comp plan in the industry along with great benefits and lots of opportunity for internal advancement. I've been given a lot of opportunity and responsibility.

    Cons

Challenging work environment with high goals. Not a con for me, but some may not like that type of environment.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

    Cons

Changing industry. Insurance is being commoditized so local agencies are becoming outdated.

    Pros

Being a sales rep for Liberty mutual is a great career, you have no start up costs, overhead, or "draw." I get 20% of my leads for free from the company and have a good product to sell. Management is ok, very focused on results. New business focus and compensation, some renewal, good bonuses/trips if you hit your targets. Paid to train, paid hourly so you can get overtime if you work, and paid service team to help you out.

    Cons

Consolidating the local service, price could be more competitive in some parts of the market, underwriting is tight on homes in wildfire and they are tight on conditions of the homes.

    Advice to Management

revisit pricing, rate is not always the answer.
