    Pros

Great people, they care about your career, good benefits, career opportunities

    Cons

Work load across team members is not even and responsibilities don't always match your "grade". They like seeing you working on your future position for a while before you actually get promoted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seek your team's opinions before making big decisions that affect them directly.

    Pros

Well paid, great communication among team members. I got along with everybody there. The managers really are there to make sure the employees have the resources they need.

    Cons

Locations might not be perfect, If interests aren't aligned with insurance you will be bored.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to pay well and communicate. Don't wait until reviews to mention things that could be improved.

    Pros

Great opportunities for professional development and growth. Inclusive work environment that rewards success and fosters teamwork. Excellent benefits package with generous vacation time (by American standards).

    Cons

Opportunities can be limited in certain regions; a willingness to relocate for promotions is advisable. Upper level education is beginning to take precedent over experience.

    Pros

flex hours, housing stipend, helpful mentors, really just a nice environment to work in, and you are allowed to work from home sometimes in your internship

    Cons

I really cannot say anything bad about liberty mutual, even the food is great in the cafe. The only negative is the drive from local communities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make more regular weekly meeting with your intern, they are often very lost early on.
