    Pros

Great Work environment.Wish the pay was better, and the employer wasn't always unsure of the future

    Cons

Always on edge, would advise doing a better job of compensating employees with annual increase

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The other employees are great people

    Cons

    *Management is oblivious and arrogant
*Every person for themselves vibe, management would rather throw you under the bus than help you learn
    *No official training program
*Outdated technology in regards to their systems and product
*Extremely understaffed in all departments, they are constantly behind on all reports
    *High employee turnover

    Advice to Management

Get a whole new team in there. They push too hard to get projects done in an unrealistic time period and do not understand or care that they are too understaffed to meet thier own goals.

    Pros

Nice work life balance, great colleagues and workplace. New management has new ideas and fresh attitude. Climbing up the ladder is slow.

    Cons

Low salaries and bad people management. Slow career advancement. No new projects. No bonuses. No learning possibilities and very strict procedures.

    Advice to Management

Very big middle management with undefined roles. You have bright and brilliant people in low levels and you must address them or they will leave.

  5. Struggling company with poor vision of the future in cardiac monitoring. Employees (all disciplines) spread too thin so

    Pros

Great place to jump in and get medical experience but probably not a place to make your career home or stay longer than 2 years.

    Cons

LifeWatch struggles with internal customer service issues, device problems and reporting issues. While this is common in the industry as a whole, LifeWatch seems to have a higher error rate. Training is limited, so this is an ideal setting for those associates that can find answers and reach out for assistance with minimal direction...just pick up the phone and ask! This will be a pivotal year for any company in the cardiac monitoring industry, given the drastic swings in reimbursement.

    Advice to Management

Payor contracts must be favorable for the sales team to succeed. Without Payors paying for services, how can the sales team be deeply penalized? The economy today allows for only a limited few to pay for services in cash.
