I have been working at Lincoln Educational Services full-time

    Pros

I am providing a great opportunity for students who are looking for a way to further their education and get a great career.

    Cons

Other employees on campus don't keep in contact with you, rarely return emails etc. Expenses are slow to be reimbursed. You are always compared to the top representative and hearing about how great they are.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Update presentation materials, interview and financial aid tools.

I worked at Lincoln Educational Services full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good company, solid financial standing, generally good people.

    Cons

Senior leadership was starting to slip in terms of their abilities to truly lead and inspire. Lots of dysfunction in HR.

I worked at Lincoln Educational Services

    Pros

good pay, family atmosphere, opportunities for advancement, generally good management at all levels (from the top down), good benefits and hours

    Cons

government regulation of the industry can cause headaches, and although they are overcoming those, it can be worrisome and there is not enough support from upper management to make you feel secure. i was told i would get a raise one week and then was laid off 3 weeks later

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

i know you are still reeling from recent government regulations, but always make sure that you treat employees right. Someone who has been there longest should have the opportunity to stay before someone who was just hired
