Been through ups and downs, but overall, a decent company

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsStability, good benefits, education/training, room for growth, Holidays and weekends off

    ConsSometimes office politics are ugly

I love most every day of my job. I really am making a difference in students lives.

High School Admissions Representative (Current Employee)

ProsI am providing a great opportunity for students who are looking for a way to further their education and get a great career.

ConsOther employees on campus don't keep in contact with you, rarely return emails etc. Expenses are slow to be reimbursed. You are always compared to the top representative and hearing about how great they are.

Advice to Senior ManagementUpdate presentation materials, interview and financial aid tools.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Overall good experience, good company

    Director Human Resources (Former Employee)
    Philadelphia, PA

ProsGood company, solid financial standing, generally good people.

ConsSenior leadership was starting to slip in terms of their abilities to truly lead and inspire. Lots of dysfunction in HR.

    Great Place to Work

    Admissions (Former Employee)
    Nashville, TN

Prosgood pay, family atmosphere, opportunities for advancement, generally good management at all levels (from the top down), good benefits and hours

Consgovernment regulation of the industry can cause headaches, and although they are overcoming those, it can be worrisome and there is not enough support from upper management to make you feel secure. i was told i would get a raise one week and then was laid off 3 weeks later

Advice to Senior Managementi know you are still reeling from recent government regulations, but always make sure that you treat employees right. Someone who has been there longest should have the opportunity to stay before someone who was just hired

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
