    Pros

I graduated from college about 2 years ago and my first job was stuck in the corporate world for a fortune 500 company, it was so tedious and BORING! I took a job with Linium about 6 months ago and it has been an ultimate life saver!!!! I am now a traveling consultant helping CFO's transform the way their doing business. Each week I get to set out on a new adventure, explore a different city and create new experiences.... I can't imagine my life if I had never made the choice to switch to Linium. The culture of people is pretty awesome to!

    Cons

While I love the travel and ability to work remote in between for down time, some times I wish I got to spend more time with the corporate team back in New York.

    Advice to Management

You need to get the word out more about the awesome traveling experience for younger and hungry candidates.

    Pros

Being a consultant at Linium brings a unique mix of traveling and the ability to work with many different organizations. For me, I felt immediately at home at Linium even though I don’t work out of the corporate office. I’ve gained an immense amount of industry knowledge and personally challenged myself to step into new roles. I’m fortunate that Linium provided an immediate jumpstart to my career and continues to support me in my professional growth.

    Cons

If being on the road and traveling weekly doesn’t sound appealing, than perhaps consulting isn’t for you. Being a consultant on the road frequently requires stamina and flexibility. If you don’t have those qualities, you should explore other opportunities within Linium.

    Advice to Management

Continue to challenge your employees in a positive way and keep communication flowing to keep the company connected. Overall, great job!

    Pros

Working for the Linium family is not like work at all, it's an environment that pushes you to grow and learn and be the best you can! Linium offers an environment where you are constantly engaged and doing! A progressive environment! Entrepreneurs do well in this environment, because they want to succeed. If you want to succeed, grow, learn and lead, Linium is the place for you. A classy company, with an even classier Executive team, providing the tools and team leadership to move you to the next level....if you truly want it!

    Cons

Not for the faint of heart.

Dynamic environment; energetic people. Company is focused on growth of both the company and the employee. Great colleagues. Family friendly and philanthropic as well. Could not ask for a better place to work.

    Cons

Not really a negative, but there are times when it can get busy and the ability to be flexible with a sense of humor is key.

    Pros

The staff is wonderful. My experience began with my recruiter, Gary, in the Glastonbury office. He was extremely professional and was very honest about the terms of the position. He was always available when I needed to have a question answered and has continued to search for the next position that be available for me. The front end staff, particularly Anabel, is so reliable and organized that it made working for them a breeze. Very organized payroll system which guaranteed a weekly paycheck with none of the hassles that are so often encountered in working as a temp.

    Cons

Honestly, I did not find any challenges in working with this company.

    Advice to Management

I would like to encourage management at this office to continue doing what they are doing. They have a created a culture that encourages everyone involved with the employee to be positive, hopeful and supportive.
