    Pros

    If you attend school they will work around your school schedule. The people are nice once you get to know them.

    Cons

    Minimum wage. Don't plan on working full time at this place, its more of a part time job place unless you plan on being a manager. You get paid every two weeks.

    Good employees, good chance of movement withing the company.

    Cons

    Employee must learn C.A.R.D.S. and pass a test to earn a raise. Job performance should sanction a raise not learning things you use everyday.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Review an employee's work ethic and be considerate of their lives outside of the job.

    manager changes schedule sometimes without saying.

    have a game plan everyday you work have some type of organization and order about yourself. work as a team with your employees don't leave them hanging.

    Pros

    My co workers are all around my age which leads to a really laid back and enjoyable experience. The managers do everything they can to make sure your schedule fits your life outside work. They also work with you in training and help you out whenever it's needed. During my first few weeks I never felt like my inexperience in some of the duties were holding the team back at all. There also seems like there's a lot of room for advancement, our location has a good bit of managers who seem to have risen to their ranks rather quickly. Really inviting, laid back, and fun work place.

    Cons

    For a floor level employee with no management experience starting out the only option is part time. The salary starts at minimum wage however I heard from other employees that they don't keep your pay there for long because they give out raises rather often.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    So far none. At my location they've ran it like a well oiled machine. Sometimes the projections can be thrown off substantially due to events at a school nearby or by other nearby events but this isn't really the fault of the management and can be hard to predict.

    Pros

    Fun people to work with, crew members and other employees were easy to get along with. Flexible with school schedule.

    Cons

    Hard work, low pay, dirty work environment. Sometimes job positions seem sexist, as many of the cashiers remain female. Management does not take suggestions well. Limited opportunity for growth. No benefits.

    Pay more, strict cleanliness policies, pay for new equipment and new clothes for employees more often, diversify workforce, provide equal opportunity for advancement

    Pros

    Not many to speak of I guess the people were good.

    Cons

    Things like lunches and breaks were discouraged. They also did things like schedule you for super short schedules. This was probably the worst place I ever worked I was only there for a couple of weeks.

    Treat people with respect and they will work hard for you also be honest during your recruiting process.

    Pros

    The managers seem to show interest in the employees, trying to help the employees receive the time off that they asked for even when the owners schedule them to work even though you posted it on the calendar.

    Cons

    The owners could care less about their employees they only care about the money that ends up in their pockets at the end of the day

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The managers are amazing when the owners arent always trying to accuse them of stealing and doing wrong when they were obviously not in the wrong at all.

    Pros

    The work is fast paced so I'm never bored. There is always something to do. The crew greets each other and I immediately felt like part of a family. Not everyone likes each other all the time, but we all work together. The crew is easy to talk to and was very helpful when I was new. Any issues I have had, the manager and assistant managers listened, cared and did what they could to work with me, especially with scheduling issues.

    Cons

    Because it's so fast paced, if you aren't a fast worker, you probably won't promote. Regardless of quality, speed is an important factor. This company also doesn't offer any full time positions. You will only be able to work part time and will need a second job to earn living hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer full time positions. Have upper supervisory positions that focus on the administrative portion of work or somewhere that speed won't be necessary.
