    Good for a first job

Team Member (Current Employee) Saint Clair Shores, MI

Prosgood intro into customer service. You get a good feel on how to handle customers, the good and the bad ones.

ConsIf the managers cant handle the work environment then they need a new work field. Also, seriously customers, just because its not hot and ready the moment you walk in, because the person before you just bought 12 pizzas, does not mean all 6 of yours are free.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't try to keep your employees there their whole life. Don't rely on just your best team members, give the others time to shine as well.

    Great job while in school

    Cashier (Current Employee) Lubbock, TX

ProsWorks really well with school schedule, easy job, very understanding if you call in, very close knit group of people, great values, sense of pride in work, great for a first job, easy to pick up, if you want more hours they work with you

Consmanagement might not be the brightest, you stink like pizza a lot, sometimes have to handle grumpy customers, minimum wage part time, monthly meetings early in the morning (but they provide breakfast), seems a lot of hard work can go unnoticed

Not as promising as lead to believe

Store Manager (Current Employee) Detroit, MI

ProsGood support staff, someone always has an answer for you.

ConsIt is hard to recruit long term employees because of low pay and available hours (less then 25) for crew members.

    Well

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIt's easy, a fun work atmosphere with an awesome work crew. Hours are not that bad, decent amount of wages. Awesome customers and nice co workers and managers.

ConsSometimes we are short staffed, but that happens to any business. We should do more advertising to get more sales, nothing major.

    good for highschool students

Crew Member (Current Employee) Salt Lake City, UT

ProsI never had a problem taking time off for one reason or another. work is easy enough but dont expect to make to much here. i recieved a 50 cent raise after being there 3 months and because its a high turn over job its easy to get into a managment position if you are working hard

Conslow pay and upper managment really sucks, basicly the general manager stops by once a month if that makes a bunch of demands and leaves. i hated having to "shake a board" sometimes i would have to do it in a blizzard because upper managment demanded it.

Advice to Senior Managementmaybe find out how the store is actually ran before make demands. having three people stand out side doesnt bring in to many customers. most people either know they want pizza and come to the store or see the sign and think "pizza does sound good, but where can i get some pizza that is actually good?"
