I have been working at Little Caesar's

    Pros

My co workers are all around my age which leads to a really laid back and enjoyable experience. The managers do everything they can to make sure your schedule fits your life outside work. They also work with you in training and help you out whenever it's needed. During my first few weeks I never felt like my inexperience in some of the duties were holding the team back at all. There also seems like there's a lot of room for advancement, our location has a good bit of managers who seem to have risen to their ranks rather quickly. Really inviting, laid back, and fun work place.

    Cons

For a floor level employee with no management experience starting out the only option is part time. The salary starts at minimum wage however I heard from other employees that they don't keep your pay there for long because they give out raises rather often.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

So far none. At my location they've ran it like a well oiled machine. Sometimes the projections can be thrown off substantially due to events at a school nearby or by other nearby events but this isn't really the fault of the management and can be hard to predict.

My experience has had it's up and downs, I like SOME of my co-workers, but managers are childish to the extreme.

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Free Pizza, Customer Service Experience....

    Cons

Full time hours on part time pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

One major thing, make sure that employees don't get comfortable in one area and stay there. You cross train for a reason. Everyone I work with found a station that they liked and stuck to it with manager approval. So I have had very little experience in anything besides Dish Washing because nobody wants to do that, and being a dish washing/back sheeter gets really old really fast. Everyone should have to do it not just the new guys.

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time

    Pros

You are simply doing the same thing over and over every time you go to work. Its all muscle memory after you get use to doing the work. The more you get use to it, the faster you'll become along with better skills coming with it as well.

    Cons

Not many cons here. You go to work and socialize with friends and make money while your at it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep it up !

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The work is fast paced so I'm never bored. There is always something to do. The crew greets each other and I immediately felt like part of a family. Not everyone likes each other all the time, but we all work together. The crew is easy to talk to and was very helpful when I was new. Any issues I have had, the manager and assistant managers listened, cared and did what they could to work with me, especially with scheduling issues.

    Cons

Because it's so fast paced, if you aren't a fast worker, you probably won't promote. Regardless of quality, speed is an important factor. This company also doesn't offer any full time positions. You will only be able to work part time and will need a second job to earn living hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer full time positions. Have upper supervisory positions that focus on the administrative portion of work or somewhere that speed won't be necessary.

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you are lucky enough to work with a drama free team, you can actually enjoy your work day. Even have fun. Yeah I know that word is taboo in most work places. You create the environment that you work in.

    Cons

Where do I start? Upper management is the most unprofessional and immoral that I have ever worked for. Again I say.... depends on which franchise you work for. You'll work hard to achieve bonuses, only to have the franchise take it back from you. You'll see unethical practices being swept under the rug. If you have a soul, you'll find yourself seeking employment elsewhere. Again..... it will depend on which franchise you work for.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

It's a job, there's always something to do, it's fun with the right people. Little Caesar's is a popular place, so it's almost always busy.

    Cons

It's not corporate owned, it'owned by a veteran. He doesn't know how to run a business. He wouldn't be able to handle it all if it weren't for his wife. It's mostly high school students working there. Some immature behavior happening when stress levels rise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep an eye on this store. They aren't very professional at all.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

This is a good first job for a high schooler. I had good co-workers, and a friendly, easy going manager. You do get a free pizza during your shift, and get to take home what doesn't sell at the end of the night.

    Cons

I was being trained as a full-time assistant manager my first day on the job, even though I could only work part-time. We were short on staff, and high schoolers were working full-time during the summer simply because our manager did not want to hire anymore people. At orientation, I was told that everyone gets paid minimum wage ($7.25/hr) with NO raises. There are also next to no opportunities to get promoted. During an 8-hour shift, you are constantly on your feet in a hot environment, and you get one 30 minute, unpaid break. Needless to say, I did not stay there very long.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please change some of your policies, especially how you pay your employees. They work too hard to only get paid minimum wage with no opportunities to get promoted or at least get a raise.
