    Pros

Friendly Co-workers, Friendly.surrounding community.Angela Sherer has no people skills.

    Cons

Company bonuses are based upon management food costs, so are managers bonuses, I have watched managers rip off their customers by reducing ingredients to customers to increase their bonuses straight up the ladder. Little Caesar's Corporate Scheme....

    Advice to Management

    Pros

-Flexible schedule -Great crew -Always a fun environment

    Cons

-Employer is too cheap to let managers work more than 30 hours a week, to avoid paying benefits -Poorly supervised. Little follow up with high expectations

    Advice to Management

Visit us more, and give us more positive feedback. When feedback is always negative, yet you never show your face (looking at our Area Supervisor in particular) around the store, it's a bit hard to take you seriously!

    Pros

I really like my job and the people I work with and we have fun while we are at work.

    Cons

The only thing I don't like about working at Little Caesar's is that I work a lot there but the pay is not really good.

    Advice to Management

I also want to work my way up to management.

There is no pros for this job. Except MAYBE the health isurance (which you have to pay an arm and a leg for) after you hit more than 35 hours a week. This might be more of con...

    Cons

Long work hours with no break, no discount or free food. Minimum wage for all the work you have to do, and assistant managers only made $0.35 more than regular employees. Childish, stingy/money hungry.

    Advice to Management

Grow up, and quit being stingy.

    Pros

The people that work at Little Caesar's are very kind and fun to be around. Even the General Manager was nice and would joke around with the workers. There is also the ability to listen to your own music as long as you aren't on register.

    Cons

The store gets hectic during dinner rush time. There's a lot of stress for not much pay. The higher-ups of the company don't get things done very fast, and also don't make the best decisions.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to your workers' needs. Keep the work load in consideration when coming up with new products. Don't punish stores for not being able to hit impossibly high sales when there is nothing they can do about it.

    Pros

Easy tasks to complete. My management team was basically a family business and I felt apart of the family.

    Cons

You deal with a lot of white trash and low income people who think a $5 pizza will be the best one in the world.

    Advice to Management

Promotions to management positions seem only available to those in the family. Try to give promotions to your best employees rather than family members.
