Good first time job, otherwise BAD.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Gardena, CA

ProsFlexible hours. Moving up in the company is pretty easy.

ConsManagement seems to not care about their employees. Many crew members receive 2.5 to 3 hour shifts. Wayyyy too strict on even the smallest details. Some stores can have unnecessary drama, which can make work stressful.

Advice to Senior ManagementShow more appreciation for your employees. And remember that they have lives too.

    Great job while in school

    Cashier (Current Employee) Lubbock, TX

ProsWorks really well with school schedule, easy job, very understanding if you call in, very close knit group of people, great values, sense of pride in work, great for a first job, easy to pick up, if you want more hours they work with you

Consmanagement might not be the brightest, you stink like pizza a lot, sometimes have to handle grumpy customers, minimum wage part time, monthly meetings early in the morning (but they provide breakfast), seems a lot of hard work can go unnoticed

ConsUnderstaffed at times, but the workers have done a great job compensating for it.

    Lousy

Co Manager (Current Employee) Orlando, FL

Proshmmmmm, its a job, direct deposit.

Conslong hours as manager, no breaks, customer treat you like crap and expect 5 star quality, pay as a comgr is based on a 50 hour week, but its hard to get that at some locations, GM can make errors in scheduling and you will be blamed for blowing labor,1 call out = 2 replacements in our store, registers are from the 70's, the a/c is out so its 93 in the store, no raise in 2 years, all reviews can not be over a 3 on a scale to 5 (you're not perfect so nothing over a 3), schedules can be changed/altered with no respect for plans made when schedule for Tues comes out Mon evening

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your employees with respect, we have lives too

    Fun but low paying.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Hesperia, CA

ProsGood atmosphere for young people and good experience.

    ConsLow hours, low management pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementCheck on franchises pay rates, they're very low compared to corporate stores. Assistant Managers shouldn't only make $.50 more than crew members.

    Good first job

Crew Member (Current Employee) Glen Carbon, IL

ProsThe hiring process was relatively quick. The manager who hired me hired me because I showed effort when I applied for the job. It is a great first job for a high school or college student.

ConsHad to force myself to be trained in other areas. Raises usually have to be begged for. Assistant managers are a joke, most of them do not know what they are doing. To many money saving tactics that put a strain on employee satisfaction and overall customer satisfaction. Company advertising is misleading which leads to dissatisfied customers

Advice to Senior ManagementLoosen up the money saving tactics and realize every store operates differently with a different amount of business. Straighten out the advertisements

    Absolutely fantastic!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThey encourage you to invest in a franchise. Great about working with you to expand upon your goals.

ConsLots of long hours. Weekends are the buys times so don't expect to spend weekends with family.
