    Cashier (Current Employee) Oxnard, CA

ProsDepends on who you work with, but working with others was fun sometimes. I think this is a good job for a first-timer. They were pretty good at being flexible with student schedules.

ConsManagers (some micromanaged too often), constant standing... and well, any other cons that come with working in the food industry.

ConsA lot of work for low pay and there is a lot of favortism in the business.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompany needs to get more strict on S.O.P.

ProsNetworking, well roundness. You would also get see how the business work from inside out. you will get a chance to meet district managers and network work with them

Conshours are not guarenteed. Depending on which little caesars you worked at it can be a little unprofessional. They run out of food to make and work you hard for little pay.

Unlimited potential for the appropriate locations...

Area Supervisor (Current Employee) Cleveland, OH

ProsExcellent product value. Detailed and simplistic systems in place. They have done their research to put policies and procedures in place to ensure productivity.

ConsHeavy workload with a tight labor budget. Difficulty finding quality employees to work for minimum wages. Managers must be hands-on at all times and work long hours to meet labor budgets.

Advice to Senior ManagementTrain employees to multi-task and be as efficient as possible.

    Fun but low paying.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Hesperia, CA

ProsGood atmosphere for young people and good experience.

    ConsLow hours, low management pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementCheck on franchises pay rates, they're very low compared to corporate stores. Assistant Managers shouldn't only make $.50 more than crew members.

    Good first job

Crew Member (Current Employee) Glen Carbon, IL

ProsThe hiring process was relatively quick. The manager who hired me hired me because I showed effort when I applied for the job. It is a great first job for a high school or college student.

ConsHad to force myself to be trained in other areas. Raises usually have to be begged for. Assistant managers are a joke, most of them do not know what they are doing. To many money saving tactics that put a strain on employee satisfaction and overall customer satisfaction. Company advertising is misleading which leads to dissatisfied customers

Advice to Senior ManagementLoosen up the money saving tactics and realize every store operates differently with a different amount of business. Straighten out the advertisements

    Meh...

Pizza Dressing, Crew Member (Current Employee) Waterville, ME

ProsFast paced, always something to keep you busy, sometimes free old pizza, and was the only job in my area

ConsNo breaks, a lot of headaches, minimum wage, heavy lifting, a lot of yelling orders, other employees (not Little Caesars fault, just cocky employees)

Advice to Senior ManagementPay attention to who does what and if there's a problem check the security cameras or something, don't just assume one person is right because they "told on" the other first.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
