    Pros

pretty chill, not difficult at all. other employees are usually easy to get along with. good as a first job

    Cons

Friday and Saturday dinner rush can be pretty stressful if not well prepared or adequately staffed, as the company tends to cut as many hours as possible

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

please stop cutting hours when mangers go on vacation, having them not there is hard enough, so why would you take more people away?

    Pros

Depends on who you work with, but working with others was fun sometimes. I think this is a good job for a first-timer. They were pretty good at being flexible with student schedules.

    Cons

Managers (some micromanaged too often), constant standing... and well, any other cons that come with working in the food industry.

  3.

    Cons

hours are not guarenteed. Depending on which little caesars you worked at it can be a little unprofessional. They run out of food to make and work you hard for little pay.

    Pros

Excellent product value. Detailed and simplistic systems in place. They have done their research to put policies and procedures in place to ensure productivity.

    Cons

Heavy workload with a tight labor budget. Difficulty finding quality employees to work for minimum wages. Managers must be hands-on at all times and work long hours to meet labor budgets.

    Pros

Good atmosphere for young people and good experience.

    Cons

    Low hours, low management pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Check on franchises pay rates, they're very low compared to corporate stores. Assistant Managers shouldn't only make $.50 more than crew members.

    Pros

The hiring process was relatively quick. The manager who hired me hired me because I showed effort when I applied for the job. It is a great first job for a high school or college student.

    Cons

Had to force myself to be trained in other areas. Raises usually have to be begged for. Assistant managers are a joke, most of them do not know what they are doing. To many money saving tactics that put a strain on employee satisfaction and overall customer satisfaction. Company advertising is misleading which leads to dissatisfied customers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Loosen up the money saving tactics and realize every store operates differently with a different amount of business. Straighten out the advertisements
