Current Employee - Pizza Dressing, Crew Member in Waterville, ME

    Pros

Fast paced, always something to keep you busy, sometimes free old pizza, and was the only job in my area

    Cons

No breaks, a lot of headaches, minimum wage, heavy lifting, a lot of yelling orders, other employees (not Little Caesars fault, just cocky employees)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to who does what and if there's a problem check the security cameras or something, don't just assume one person is right because they "told on" the other first.

Current Employee - Store Manager in Springfield, MO

    Pros

Flexible hours, small business so you're not just an employee #, fun atmosphere of workers, good customers, and great products.

    Cons

Hard to have weekends off. Can't eat dinner or lunch at a proper time while working. Stand on your feet for long periods of time, usually 4-9 hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Practice the 4 F's. First, Fair, Firm, and Flexible with the crew members to be successful. If you treat the crew good they will treat you good back and be the most productive.

    Pros

The people are really great, helpful, nice.
The work was fun, interesting, and great for a beginner in the workforce.

    Cons

The pay was a little low but it wasn't intolerable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your positive attitude towards simple employees, maybe raise the wages?

    Pros

Good support staff, someone always has an answer for you.

    Cons

It is hard to recruit long term employees because of low pay and available hours (less then 25) for crew members.

Current Employee - Crew Member in Springfield, MA

    Pros

A lot of work to do, so time goes by pretty fast. Decent enough hours and what not.

    Cons

Can be hard to keep up with the pace. The work is a little above minimum wage in worth, in my opinion, but that's what they pay you nonetheless. Confused as to how there are so many older people here when the pay is so mediocre.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    None.

Current Employee - Team Member in Brooklyn, NY

    Pros

Able to take home extra pies when working closing shift. When outside you can listen to your music. Customer service experience

    Cons

No time for lunch, would work a 10 hour shift and only have a 10 minute lunch in the back.
    low pay
    poor time management
    overworked
    repetitive

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take time to learn employee names and not play favorites. Take the time to actually make sure you hire capable workers. That and well the kitchen would have it's days where if we had a random inspection, we'd get shut down but the boss wouldn't care as long as noone saw and the customers were happy.

Current Employee - Cashier in Surfside Beach, Horry, SC

    Pros

great team of people to work with

    Cons

being a cashier, dealing with customers, keeping customers from waiting for their orders

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

don't discriminate women by training them all as cashiers. Not all of them want to be cashiers. People will quit if they are unhappy with their job.

Current Employee - Shiftleader  in  Fayetteville, NC
Current Employee - Shiftleader in Fayetteville, NC

    Pros

Great food experience , good job for High school graduate

    Cons

Not flexible enough when you have to attend classes. Manager makes facial expressions, gives contradicting orders, does not allow employees any breaks but takes several smoke breaks herself. Spreads fear with firing and giving ultimatums. Keeps pizza over expiration time to save money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A Manager should be true to his job title. You have to MANAGE people, set a good role model and help people to get their best out of them. Remember, without the bottom line you can do nothing.Instead of firing rather pair not so good workers with excellent workers, so they can learn. And most of it listen to your employees and try to help them but not by ditching them.
