    Free lunch on Thursdays

    Cons

    Financial problems. Halted trading 2 weeks ago. Massive reorg last week. Layoffs globally. Let go after 3 months and I was #2 on the team.

    Advice to Management

    No on boarding what so ever. No training. Saw manager once in 3 months.

    I worked at LivePerson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good idea, excellent product, excellent marketing, fast growing company, good physical office.

    Cons

    Bad implementation of product (many legacy parts), political and sarcastic organizational culture in israel branch, egocentric and egoistic managers in israel branch, although mission statements are " be an owner and help others" in fact approach is so different from mission statement.
