    Pros

Above average pay for Tucson Opportunity for OT Initially was a fun environment Great benefits with multi-level plan Excellent 401K matching

    Cons

New CEO ruined morale and productivity tool a plunge 8-18 hours mandatory OT weekly Supervisors who are unfit to be in a supervisory role

    Advice to Management

Employees aren't slaves. By removing all of the fun events and treating employees like chattel, it took only a month for me to go from managing up to 900 cases a day to not caring about my productivity at all.

    Pros

Great benefits, will learn a lot, fun environment and wonderful people to work with.

    Cons

Hourly employees are not treated the same as salaried, favoritism will advance you, work load does not match pay and great ideas fall on deaf ears if you are not mgt. No accountable for sales people.

    Advice to Management

Listen to all employees. When new leaders join the team make time to speak to everyone, not just management.

    Pros

Great company culture and a lot of great people to work with. The office had a great vibe with a ping pong table and relaxing lounge and stocked kitchen. Hours weren't too bad either.

    Cons

The lead generating system was in disarray and left something to be desired. The comp plan was also all over the map. We were part of a large sales force hiring spree and then we were all let go after the new CEO came aboard. 20% workforce reduction left a lot of us without jobs just before the holiday season.

    Advice to Management

Make sure you're going in the right direction and set your people up for success. Management needs to be better organized going forward or else this company will continue to shrink and lose market share.

    Pros

Fun product. Work from home. Uncapped potential

    Cons

The product is a loss leader, and the best campaigns rarely signed up again, making it very tough to maintain success.

    I worked at LivingSocial full-time

    Pros

Loved being creative in creating promotions, working with different types of merchants

    Cons

Micro managed by manager, CEO took company in different direction entirely

    Advice to Management

We worked best when we were spending money in marketing - need to build the brand as well

    Pros

Great pay and benefits, positive work environment at the beginning, wonderful coworkers, ability to learn about a certain area's small business landscape

    Cons

Work environment went downhill after about one year, team was regularly shuffled to different manager(s), employee efforts to exceed expectations were not valued, business focus shifted to purely monetary so we couldn't best serve our clients, started being viewed as a "deal factory" as opposed to a marketing opportunity for small businesses

    Pros

The company is young and fun!

    Cons

The department was lead by someone who micromanaged which didn't leave the days enjoyable. The department was also new at the time so they had no idea what they wanted and were forming us everyday.

    Pros

Your time was pretty much your own to do as you saw fit

    Cons

Management looked the other way when it came to team members who were "gaming the system"

    Advice to Management

There is no place in any business when management knows that someone is morally corrupt and that person is not only allowed to continue to work there but is rewarded for cheating
