    Pros

You can work from home, at your own pace within the deadlines . Their starting pay rate is fairly good, and you can sometimes ask for more assignments.

    Cons

You will have strict deadlines. You will sometimes be asked to suddenly take on extra work at short notice. Strictures on writing styles at times.

    Advice to Management

Offer more room for growth and increase freelance pay rates over time. Rethink the "funny" tone of all the ads.

    Pros

The kitchen is stocked with snacks and beer and the lunch area is a fun lively area. Fantastic benefits. Unlimited PTO. Great people. The employees that work there are fantastic. Young, hard working, friendly workforce.

    Cons

Ideas within the company move VERY slowly and some are ignored because revenue drives most of the direction. Management is lacking depending on the team you work with. Some teams are given perks that other teams do not get. Hard to continue learning. Company direction is unclear.

    Pros

Nice people, lot of intelligence and experience, decent office

    Cons

Different departments seem to undermine each other, salespeople focused (or are forced to focus) on their revenue which causes a lot of distrust from consumers with bad merchants

    Advice to Management

Empower the right people to have influence over sales

    Pros

Great young team, Ra Ra attitude, was a fun place to be.

    Cons

Management kept us in the dark prior to the massive 400 person layoff, we were handed recycled leads that everyone else and their grandmother called.

    Advice to Management

Be open and honest to your employees and they will reward you with more sales.

    Pros

They made some mistakes and laid a bunch of us off so turnover can potentially be high. Quotas were very high and hard to hit. They always did right by their employees. You can trust in this company too take care of you but they can make big mistakes that lead to lay offfs.

    Cons

The company has not been profitable and rolls things out without thinking them through.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for being honest and ethical, awesome environment, please find a way to get profitable lots of people rely on you.

    Pros

Great atmosphere. Loved my co -workers and the overall experience. They love to hire internally.

    Cons

Management spend frivolously and is overall disorganized. I interviewed for the position only because I ran into the employee that had interviewed me originally and she had me contact her to schedule. Really spotty leadership that can't make up their mind. I was told after interviewing for THREE different position that I was incredibly qualified but in a weeks time of interviewing me they were in a hiring freeze...
