    Pros

Not much going on by the way of projects.

    Cons

Even though there is no much going on by the way of projects you are expected to be in the office before 9 AM.
Management is insecure about their jobs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Learned on the job, from helpful managers and great co-workers.

    Cons

Any good managers or helpful co-workers were "downsized" some time ago. This place only exists anymore for senior management to draw an over-inflated paycheck. CEO hired his buddy to run the place, his sole job skill seems to be running companies into bankruptcy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be ashamed of yourselves.

    Pros

    1) I met some pretty good people working here.
    2) It was a paycheck...

    Cons

It's not much of a paycheck. No real room for growth or advancement. Very unorganized company.

    Pros

Easy job, people are nice, leave at 5 every single day. Tons of employee activities. Lunches, parties, movies, summer hours, etc.

    Cons

This company is over. Layoffs all the time. Bad management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Call it a day and sell the company. You are dying.

    Former Employee - OUTSIDE SALES

    Pros

Some very good people there. The opportunity to market does have value

    Cons

Poor long term strategy, day to day revenue analysis make growth very difficult. There is also a lack of focus and support for product lines, several of which are falling well behind competitors.

Very limited sales opportunities, poor commission structure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what you know how to do, hire people with related experience to help you do what you do not know.
