Good place to work, but low level of technical know-how

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Atlanta, GA

I have been working at LodgeNet

Pros-Direct management is very supportive
-Atlanta office has very sharp technical staff
-Atlanta office technical people have a "dotcom" vibe- call center especially
-Convenient location at 285 and 75. You can walk to some local restaurants.

Cons-Sioux Falls office not very technical.
-Communication between SF and Atlanta not very good.
-Limited advancement opportunities in Atlanta.
-Low pay

Advice to Senior Management-SF management should spend more time in Atlanta. Much more time.
