“Great company to work for”
I have been working at London Drugs
Pros – very flexible, many long-term employees. they offer us plenty of self-improvement courses.London Drugs works around your school, home, second job. And our wage is as good as other places. Plus you can transfer to another store if you relocate which means not having to look for a new job and as each store is the same- it's easy to fit in.
Cons – Because of the economy fluctuation- our P.T. employees tend not to stay. we need to raise the starting wage for our new employees, also our testing for hiring is redundant for some of the positions so the need to look at having more job specific testing.
Advice to Senior Management – possibly we should reconsider how our accumulated hrs pay increase is structured- we should lower the house needed for the first 2 stages to keep our new employees.
