    I worked at Lowe's full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Lowe's is a great place to work at, nice benefits, and great people. The People that work for Lowe's always make each other feel like family and are always helping each other out to make the work environment comfortable for all but still keeping it professional.

    Cons

Management cares more about their image than their employees. This company does special things to help the local community, but when it comes to helping employees. Forget it. It's all about advertisement, and helping an employee outside of the work place does not gain Lowe's any advertisement. So your own your own outside of the workplace as far as this company is concerned.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less managers and more real people that care.

    Pros

Good pay, compared to other companies, usally start you off at $10.00- $11.00 for CSA, and the good thing about PSA is that you work Mon-Fri 6am-3pm

    Cons

There are cons everywhere, depends on what type of people are in management at the time.

Fellow associates seem to care and they hold the business together in spite of the old operating system.

    Cons

I have been working at Lowe's part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Flexible with school schedule. The starting pay is pretty decent. The company is good depending on your managers and the people you work with.

    Cons

Some of the people in management are reluctant to hell you move forward with the company. It is hard to get ahead without being of the right age or don't have enough experience. So I was told by a member of management. Also it is not easy to transfer from one store to another.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communication with employees are highly encouraged. Also people need to be given a chance to start a career with the company.
