Spin the globe and choose your next destination flying in Business with a glass of Champagne.

Customer Service Consultant (Former Employee) Dublin, Dublin (Ireland)

Pros-Just the fact that you put the name Lufthansa in your cv, that is enough to get an answer from your next application. This is a fact.

-Great friendly, multinational environment. Cool and VERY organized managment.
(The appriciation comes only when you quit unfortunatelly)

-What about the TRAVEL Benefits... speachless

Great experience and very thankfull for the general knowledge I gained which I can apply not only to the airline industry, but also to all types of customer service opportunities.
    *mastered the Structure of call

Cons*all this system knowledge stays helpful only internally. You can only carry with you the general knowledge of a quality customer service and general info about the industry.

Advice to Senior ManagementI would recommend that all the agents would answer apart from calls and emails in order to avoid having a monotonous day at work. High volume of calls definately affects a lot the quality of the service. Similar type of companies have a system that combines calls & emails which keeps the employees happy with a clear mind for better service.
The companies´quick response by email is the future nowadays than the 20´min calls on hold which cost a fortune to the customers.

I gained a lot of professional experience and would like to work for Lufthansa after the graduation of my studies

Intern (Former Employee) Frankfurt am Main (Germany)

ProsHuge Company with good career opportunities
Good salaries (above average for the aviaton sector)
The company has a good image, so it is a good reference in your Resume

ConsVery bureaucratic, they are firing a lot of personal to reduce their costs (hard competition against the no frills airlines)

Advice to Senior ManagementIts to bureaucratic but I were happy with my Managers. LH is a good company to work. I dont have any more feedbacks to give.

    more than just a "job"

First Officer (Current Employee) Frankfurt am Main (Germany)

ProsIt offers best chances to develop yourself and to work while enjoying what you are doing. More than a job, being a pilot is a fascination for me. I'm very satisfied with my employer. I would do everything the same if I had a second choice. There's not only a lot tolerance, diversity and respect at my workplace but also a very high rate of motivation and ethusiasm within the crew. Every take-off is a highlight to me and safety comes first - if I feel like I was getting the flu, I call our management and a colleague takes my tour. Where else could I be happier to work?

ConsIt took a lot of nerves and learning time before the employment tests but it was NO high price for what I have now!

Advice to Senior ManagementAlways stay the same as you are, even in times of economic disturbances and the future will be as excellent as the past.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
