“No planning, no vision for products, bad people in management”
Former Employee – worked at MARKETSHARE PARTNERS full-time for less than a year
Pros – * Startup environment
* Some nice people around
* In terms of infrastructure, its easy to get things
* i think they have some video game thing too in office
* some snacks/food arrangement which is free
Cons – * Worst people to manage and plan products
* Most of the products work for 1-2 big companies and thus are like private project of these companies. Nothing like a standard product.
* No work life balance. Every day and every time you may be expected to work.
* Really bad people in upper management who manage india operations.
Advice to Senior Management – I think they know what they are doing and mostly they are earning a LOT. and probably thats what they care about.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
