    Up to the minute in cancer research and patient treatment.

    Cons

    Very large. Sometimes you feel like you get lost there.

    Management is too busy to contact their employees.

    great benefits, good working hours, world class facilities, research opprotunities

    Cons

    Large hospital system makes changing status quo difficult, terrible computer systems for patients records, billing, ect can cause headaches communicating between departments

    Excellent benefits; Management values employees; Management open to suggestions by employees for improvements in relations and working environment; Advancement opportunities for hard workers

    Salaries a bit lower than in industry; Obviously no "profit-sharing"; "bonuses" are minuscule

    MD Anderson provides a wealth of opportunities for undergraduate students to obtain professional research experience, especially during the summer when students are searching for something to do.

    This is a very fast-paced, professional research environment. You must make sure you are on top of your game everyday.
