    Pros

Onsite fitness center where you can work out during the weekend and on Saturdays. Shuttle buses that run between building on campus.

    Cons

Work life balance is not as it seems, would recommend a revision. Management needs to realize employees have lives outside of the institution. Parking fees are not good.

    Pros

MD Anderson Cancer Center is the largest cancer center in the world. It has a large population of patients with different genetic background from US and other countries. The funding from NIH, personal donations, and public organization is great.

    Cons

Big and hierarchy organization slow down everything. "At every step, we have somebody there to help you" means you will be stopped and checked at every step. Houston is hot, humid and Houston style.

M.D. Anderson is huge so you get plenty of support.

    Cons

Very political. Your growth development and promotion depends heavily on how politically savvy you are, not on how well you do your job.
